I would like to know about documentation from my former employer. Is it my right to attain documentation about time punches and photography of me leaving the building. The photos were used as evidence against me for my termination. I am not sure of how to go about finding this out. This happened in the state of NY |

N.Y. is an at-will employment state, so unless you were fired due to discrimination, it is very difficult to fight a termination. |

No, it is not your right to have access to your former employers information. The only way get that is if you sue and your attorney gets in as discovery material. |
