I would like to know about documentation from my former employer. Is
it my right to attain documentation about time punches and photography
of me leaving the building. The photos were used as evidence against
me for my termination. I am not sure of how to go about finding this
out. This happened in the state of NY

N.Y. is an at-will employment state, so unless you were fired due to
discrimination, it is very difficult to fight a termination.

No, it is not your right to have access to your former employers
information.  The only way get that is if you sue and your attorney
gets in as discovery material.
