I'd like to know what the relationship is between Vitamin C, cortisol
and DHEA. For example, does Vitamin C reduce cortisol? Does DHEA
reduce cortisol? Does Vitamin C affect DHEA in any kind of way? I
know that ratios of DHEA to cortisol have been noted with low
DHEA/high cortisol being observed in a number of different conditions
of ill health. But, I'm more interested in knowing about how these
three interact and affect one another, if at all...

Vitamin C appears to inhibit cortisol secretion.

L-theanine, an amino acid naturally present in green tea, acts to combat cortisol.
