Thank you for your comment.  The Wall Street Journal had published an
article a few weeks ago which noted that there were now clinics and
physicians specifically dedicated to the treatment of coughs (apart
from pulmonary specialists).  I was hoping that someone would be able
to point me to one of these cough specialists.
