Has a software packages that creates a Disk Image file that you can
then burn using Roxio. (Should be as straight forward as
File->Open->Disk Image .. or something close to that...) The have a
free download demo you can try before you buy.

Really, unless it is a very old Mac, then it should be able to read
your data CD. That article, above, explains the different OS's and
file names, and access needs of the computers. But if the system is
OSX, it will read the files off the CD. Keep the file names short, no
spaces, and not much can go wrong from that point. But you may feel
more comfortable with the true hybrid burn, and if so, use the
software solution above.
