I am looking for a list of companies that have significant workforces
that are able to build these networks. That means dig the trenches,
lay the cables, install the gear, and ensure it operates. This work
may be carried out as a division of a larger general engieering or
building company.

If possible, please also identify the companies that are doing this
type of design and build work in these areas for SBC in America and
Bell Canada. If you can answer this question there will definitely be
a tip!

If possible, please also identify which (if any) US companies provides
these same sorts of constructor and fit/fix services to US West up
until the merger with Q West in 1999. If you can answer this question
there will definitely be an even bigger tip!
