I am looking for research, articles, web sites, or any related
materials in the field of weather, particularly in the actual making
or altering of weather. I am looking for information in regard to
making weather. Specifically how an indivual could actually make
weather and any information on scientists, groups, or individuals that
are doing research in the area of making weather. If there are
research groups working on or articles on altering hurricanes or
thunderstorms, I would be very interested for a research project.

Based on some of the things out there, it seems that this topic is
still in the realm of conspiracy theories since of the immense
challenge it imposes. I haven?t found an organization so far that says
they are actively pursuing this but theories abound. The media however
has resurrected some of the debate due to the powerful storms recently
experienced in the United States.
