I am trying to access an article, a book excerpt, titled "The Loss of
Childhood" by Archbishop Rowan Williams that ran in the Times of
London yesterday, July 23. I though I might find it in cached pages,
but couldn't.

First go to the Times Online Website 
http://www.timesonline.co.uk
The Times Online Website


Where it says “search this site” on the left, type in "The Loss of
Childhood" with the quotation marks. Press go. A new window with the
search results will appear. There are two articles from July 23 titled
“The loss of Childhood”. Just click on the title and the article will
appear in another window.  Click on “click here to print” to print the
article.
