Hello mosta-ga, The clip you have lined to above is from Comedy Central's (An American cable channel) show Reno 911. http://www.comedycentral.com/tv_shows/reno911/ The character this acrtess plays on the show, Clementine Johnson, is seen pulling over a person who seems to be drunk driving. If it is the one that I have seen, it is a segment from "Reno 911" a Comedy Channel spoof of the Reno Sheriff's Department. |
