I'm interested in paying my bills online and I want to find a bill
paying program that suits my needs and shortcomings, e.g., misplacing
bills.  I would appreciate links to sites that review, and sites that
recommend, and sites that compare capabilities of online bill paying
programs.

What kind of bills are you trying to pay?  For example, do you want to
pay your utility bills online or are you thinking of how to pay for
something when, say, you order some books from Amazon.com?  The two
would be handled very differently.

I'm looking for a system that would be able to handle all my bills,
recurring charges, such as utility bills, property taxes, credit card
bills, insurance, Spanish classes, as well as irregular charges, such
as medical and dental bills, and the occasional item I purchase.

I've been using Paytrust for about 5 years now. It was recently
purchased by Intuit, who makes the very popular Turbo Tax software.
