I'm looking for a coffee house/cafe in San Francisco with free wifi
that's open past 11pm that's located towards the east end of town (not
the Richmond or the Sunset).

Oh, and the wifi must be reliable and not turned off at night (e.g.,
the Canvas Gallery turns off its Wifi after 7pm).
