Dear cypic-ga

Thank you for allowing me to answer your interesting question.

If all four walls are facing south the house has to be at the North
Pole. The only bear living at the North Pole is the Polar Bear so the
answer to the riddle is ?white?.

I want to take this opportunity to commend the commenter, nelson-ga,
for his extraordinary restraint. Now there?s a visitor who knows how
the system works for the good of all. Way to go nelson! You are now on
my favorite visitor list!

I hope you find that my research exceeds your expectations. If you
have any questions about my research please post a clarification
request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating
and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again
in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.

Best regards;

I know the answer to this, but I don't want to deprive a researcher of $15.00.

Thanks, Tutuzdad-ga. Sometimes its tempting to just blurt out an
answer to such a simple riddle (which I often do). I probably would
have done that if it were $2.00 or $5.00, but this was too good an
opportunity for a deserving reseracher.

I don't think there is anything wrong with a commentor giving an
answer than a researcher also answering it for the money.

I won't enter into a debate about it. I only wanted to commend
nelson-ga for his integrity. He recognizes that researchers are
working for a small fee that customers gladly come here WILLINGLY
INTENDING to pay for the services rendered.

The house is on the North Pole

The bear is 'approaching' - ie: getting closer

- what is the probability that it sh*ts in the woods ?

Polar bears are not white they are black with whiteish looking fur.
