1. Do you mean futures markets or forward markets?
2. Which instruments do you count as forwards? e.g. would you include
a total return swap?
3. Can you narrow down your search? Currency? Issuer type? Corporates,
sovereigns, MBS, agency, convertibles, etc etc.

You are asking for seriously in-depth research here and should
probably post your list price (and clarify what you want) accordingly.
