I'm looking for companies that product neonatal intensive care unit
(NICU) equipment, specifically transporters and incubators.  I'd like
to know:

-Companies that produce NICU transporters and incubators (if you can
find mkt share data, even size ranks, that is enormously helpful)
-Companies that produce replacement mattress/pads/surfaces for
incubators and transporters (if different)

Reference links are important.  I'll tip well for a quick turnaround.
