How can I convert WMA & MP3 files to .ogg files?

Hello metrosavage-ga,

Thank-you for your question.

I am assuming that you are using a Microsoft Windows PC for this
answer.  If you are using another type of computer please let me know
by asking for clarification.

The software I personally use for this take is dBPowerAmp but there
are a number of alternatives that I will list below.  Once you have
installed dBPowerAmp (and the .ogg extension) is is simply a matter of
right-clicking on the files you wish to convert and telling dBPowerAmp
to convert the files to the type you require.

This program can convert, encode, and decode many types of files,
including Ogg Vorbis.

Although I like Audacity in order to 'clean' songs for my kids to listen to.
