Hello.

The Cornhuskers' won-loss record under Tom Osborne against Texas was 1-1.

Osborne coached at Nebraska from 1973 to 1997.

Luckily, there's a web page with a complete list of the Cornhuskers'
games from 1973 to 1998.

As indicated on that page, Nebraska beat Texas 19-3 on January 1,
1974, and lost to Texas 37-27 on December 7, 1996.
