Considering the legal problems that this firm has had, it is entirely possible that the company has folded. http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/534523/fromItemId/465054 |

kathydelhi, I fear no phone number is available for the entity requested. It appears ?Unified Interactive? (assumed to be Unified Interactive Pty Ltd A.C.N. 079 956 531 (1), A.B.N. 87 079 956 531 (2)) is the Australian end of a multi-jurisdictional web scam, presently being prosecuted before the Australian Federal Court by the A.C.C.C. (3). See article here: http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/534523/fromItemId/465054 If this entity is the one sought by you I can confirm that on paper they still exist (from check of the Australian registry of corporate and business names (i.e. A.S.I.C)(4)) but as they are named in the action (from check of Federal Court Records (5)) their continued existence is doubtful at best. Notes: (1) Australian Company Number: An identifier number for companies. (2) Australian Business Number: An identifier number for businesses. (3) Australian Competition and Consumer Commission: who are the equivalent of the American ?Securities & Exchange Commission (S.E.C.)? or corporate watchdogs that act in the public interest, when nefarious and improper actions are committed. (4) Australian Securities & Investment Commission. For search see here: http://www.search.asic.gov.au/cgi-bin/gns030c?acn=079_956_531&juris=9&hdtext=ACN&srchsrc=1 (5) For search see here: http://esearch.fedcourt.gov.au/Esearch?p=further_details&det=coa_parties&mat_id=3438916 Kind regards, gfmaster |
