I need this phrase translated from Swedish to English please. I'm
trying to buy something from a Swedish online store but I can't make
out the language. Here's the phrase:

Vi kan inte skicka postforskott utanfor Sverige. Slutfor garna
ordern, men var god kontatka FBK-shopen for vad du ska gora for att vi
skall kunna expediera den!

The first sentence says, "We cannot make C.O.D. shipments outside Sweden."

The second one is highly idiomatic and therefore less comprehensible
to me, but I think it says something like, "To complete the order,
please contact the FBK shops so that we can make other arrangements
for delivery."

Good enough?

That's good enough, thank you for the prompt response :)

I need to find a way to contact the shop now (it's the store of
Farjestad, a Swedish hockey team)

The FBK shop's contact info is on the following page. "Kundinfo" is
Swedish for "customer service".

Farjestads BK: Shopen: Info & kundservice
http://www.farjestadsbk.se/sbp/fbkshop/infoservice.asp

So you can email them at

  shopen@farjestadsbk.se

or call them on the phone. They give their phone number as

  054-29 35 21

but this is in the Swedish regional format, which will do you little good.

If you are in North America, the following will be helpful.

  3. Dial 011, the international access code.

  4. Dial 46, the Swedish country code.

  5. Drop the 0 from the beginning of the city code.

eHow: How to Call Sweden From the United States
http://www.ehow.com/how_8680_call-sweden-united.html

The area code for Karlstad is 54 and the shop's local phone number is
29 35 21. Knowing that the country code is 46, the complete phone
number in the international format is

  ++46 +54 29 35 21

which you can dial from the US, Canada, or the Caribbean as follows.

  011 46 54 29 35 21

The shop is open from 10am to 8pm on weekdays and from 10am to 6pm on
the weekend, by the way. That's in Swedish local time.

I am afraid that leapinglizard's translation is slightly wrong. The
last part of original text is

"Slutfor garna ordern, men var god kontatka FBK-shopen for vad du ska
gora for att vi skall kunna expediera den!"

leapinglizard commented that "[this part] is highly idiomatic and
therefore less comprehensible to me, but I think it says something
like, "To complete the order, please contact the FBK shops so that we
can make other arrangements for delivery."

The last part simply means "Please complete the order, but please
contact the FBK shop so we can tell you what to do to enable us to
handle it!" - i.e., the shop wants you to complete the order online
before you contact them.

Also, the phone number in the answer is not correct. The contact info
page referred to above has this notice: "OBS! Alla frågor angående
postorderbeställningar hänvisas till shopen i Löfbergs Lila Arena"
which translates as "NOTICE: All enquiries regarding mail orders
should be made to the Löfbergs Lila Arena shop". Their phone number
is +46 54 22 33 20, and their fax number is +46 54 22 33 29
(substitute the "+" for "011" if you are calling from the US or
Canada).

Phone calls are only answered between 09.00 - 11.30 local time, you
can check the current local time in Sweden at
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=239.

Oh, boy. Now I feel silly. Thanks for the corrections, blazius.
Apologies and champagne all round.
