on several occasions to answer you question, and this is the best of
what I was able to find. NO data.....sorry.

I had also given your question a try when it first appeared, and found
no online data isolated for gurneys.  My suggestion would be to call
the purchasing dept. of a local hospital or two and ask the person who
buys hospital equipment if he/she knows some names of manufacturers. 
From there you could get company info to figure out who sells more
gurneys.  I would suspect the companies manufacture a host of related
equipment, so you may have to dig into their annual reports to figure
out the largest gurney sales.
