My friend Bruce Everiss and his wife Tamara went on a scuba diving
holiday over Christmas and the New Year. I fear they may have been
killed by the Tsunami.

Several of his friends have tried to call him and cannot contact him.

Can you find out if they are alive?

I am not sure where they went but he was an avid diver and would have
gone to the where the "best" diving is. He also said the sea was
meters from his hut, so I presume he had a hut on the coast, maybe on
an island.

He is from the UK, Kenilworth and Tamara is originally from Latvia.
His mobile is +447973227168. My name is David Darling.

David,

We can certainly appreciate your concern for your friend, and I hope
all works out well in the end. But as for finding him, the only
option I can think of is to call his cell phone number, which you can
do as well as anyone else.

Perhaps someone with direct knowledge of your friend's whereabouts
will see this post, and be able to provide some information. That's a
real long shot, but let's hope it happens just the same.

Beyond that, I can't think of a way to track down your friend in the
big, wide world of ours. Perhaps another researcher will come up with
something, though.

Let us know how things turn out.

CNN is maintaining bulletin board lists for missing persons. The
lists are organized according to the missing persons' last known
whereabouts.
