What is the market size for laparoscopic surgical tools? [I do not
want information about the number of procedures performed-- I
specifically want information about the tools used during the surgical
procedures.] I would be happy with either a US or a worldwide number.
I would like some historical information, for example 1996 - 2004; at
a minimum I would like 3 data points from that timeframe (e.g., 1998,
2000, 2002). I would prefer revenue information, but I will accept
comparable information that would allow me to "back out" an estimate--
for example information on the number of tools used and average
pricing.
