Which companies have the largest shares in laparoscopic surgical
tools, and approximately what share does each company have? I would
like information about at least the top 3 companies (but would love
info on as many as 5 companies). I will accept information either in
the form of market share (percent), revenues (dollars), or units
(number sold). I will accept information for any year between 2000 -
2003, although I would prefer multiple years of data.  If, in the
course of answering this question, you believe that you can show
company share by TYPE of tool (laparoscopic dissectors, laparoscopic
forceps / grasper, laparoscopic clippers, laparoscope, laparoscopic
cauterizer, laparoscopic suction/ irrigator) please state in your
response that you have found the additional information and I will
repost the same question requesting that extra level of detail for an
additional $50.
