What percent of the laparoscopic tools market is represented by sales
of each of the following tools?
- laparoscopic dissectors
- laparoscopic forceps / grasper
- laparoscopic clippers
- laparoscope
- laparoscopic cauterizer
- laparoscopic suction/ irrigator

While I would love multi-year data, I will accept information for any
single year between 1999 - 2003. I would prefer direct revenue
information, but I will accept comparable information that would allow
me to "back out" an estimate-- for example information on the number
of tools used and average pricing.
