I think these riddles require some linear thinking?

ANSWER 1:
Poker 
Explanation: each player?s group of cards is called ?a hands?.
Explanation: Each round played is also called ?a hand?.

Bananas 
Explanation: a small bunch of bananas is called ?a hand? and there is
no minimum to how many bananas make up a hand.

Miniature horses 
Explanation: horses are always measured in increments called ?hands?.
Four or five hands would probably be normal for a miniature horse.

ANSWER 2:
?Deaf?, ?bead?, ?fade?, etc. 
Explanation: the question does not say ?use ALL these letters ONLY
once in each word?.

ANSWER 3:
To make 68 + 99 + 18 equal to 236, simply add 51. The question doesn?t
say you can?t do this in order to come up with a solution.

I agree with tutuzdad, I belive this is some sort of card game. Poker
fits, as well as a number of other games.

But I believe I have better answers for the other questions:

Spell two words using the letters a, b, c, d, e, f. Only use each letter once.
'fed' and 'cab'

How can you make these numbers equal 236?
( 68 + 99 + 18 )
Turn them upside down and add them.
( 81 + 66 + 89 ) = 236
