We are looking for specfic statistical information in regards to Full
Service restaurants (meaning waitor/waitress sit down establishments)
in the United States. Specifically, we are looking to find out how
many actual checks (bills at the end of the meal) are presenterd per
day on average. It has been difficult doing this research ourselves.
If this cannot be found, we can then use information on the average
amount of actual tables there are these types of restaurants in the
USA.

to further define what kinds of places, it would be best if you could
get this info on places where the average per person check is no less
than $20. If this is not possible its ok, but we are looking for the
more upscale places. Not Denny's type places, we are looking at more
high end places.
