Hi,
I need a copy of the US Federal Specification RR-C-271,
"Chains and attachments, welded and weldless".

Searched on the web, but found only references to it
(things like "the specifications are derived from Federal
Specification RR-C-271, 'Chains and Attachments, Welded and 
Weldless.'") but not the actual content of the specification.
