Where do I find a web hosting consultant that does NOT sell web
hosting or can anyone out there tell me how to set my price and
package options for hosting?  We are about to launch a well developed
site and I need someone to help us with packaging products, services and developing
price points that meet the needs Small Business.

When designing a package you first decide you target market.

1. Targetting high end customers who are wiling to pay high ($50+/mo.)
for limited set of features? Such customer don't care about price but
stability is important for them.

2. Targetting middle and low end customer who gladly pay $2-$30 per month.

Depending on your target audience you will design your packages.
Hosting is penny business today so when deciding pricing keep in mind
it should be competitive and you plans should be feautre rich
otheriwse potential client may easily turn to another provider. Try to
show your edge over other providers within the price range you offer.
