how do i get my employers to sponsor my imigration even though i
started procceedings with my dad as my sponsor,what are the best free

i am a south african who came to us to see my dad i was 18 and we
started the immigration process with him as my sponsor but since he is
a conditional resident he can not sponsor me and his us citizen wife
doesnt earn enough to sponsor both of us i have potenscial employers
as a nanny and they love me but i would like to know how do i go about
tranfering them to my sponsors and what it entails thanks
