i have this error code on entering windows me 0e : 0028 : c00115fe can you help

Thanks, I have the same from mskb they say issue points to dr solomon
av but the pc has no av on it. Win ME is the worst o/s. The pc goes in
to windows both in safe and normal modes but as soon as it starts to
load startup it does the blue screen of death. No DOS so cant see
config.sys etc and cannot get into msconfig (obviously) gonna have to
reload o/s. But was concerned it was hardware and prob would re-occur.
Will wait till next week to see if any other peeps have any ideas.

I am running Win ME and have heard the bad reports. When you get it
re-installed, shut it down when not in use. Quick boot and quick
shutdown are signs of health. Don't let it "update" itself when you're
not looking.

bhudda, you might have better luck posting it on the MS Message
boards, be specific, such as .. caused a fatal exception at...  here's
the link and btw it's free and has MSCE answering posts on the site.

Thanks all. Would you belive I am MCSE nd we have another one here as
well. How stupid do we feel? Still we will go and get drunk this w/e
and reformat the bugger on Monday.
