How can I find photographs of unidentified tsunami victims from
Thailand? I understand the Thai government is photographing the
deceased before burial. I am looking for a dear friend (John W.
Hubbard, 6'4", 160 lbs, sandy hair, blue eyes, resident of Seattle WA)
who is missing
from honeymoon on the islands; state department has no news. Is there
a site or collection of the victim photographs that I can look
through?

I've left out some information that might be relevant: I've contact
the US Embassy and a Thai Gov't helpline. The US Embassy has no
update (he is still among the missing), although I am assured that
this could be for many reasons. I have posted to several "missing
persons" sites, and have Googled obsessively for the last 3 days. The
variable that is still missing is the visual one: I know there are a
great many unidentified victims, and I won't feel complete in my
search until I have been able to see for myself. I am holding until
last resort the option of trying to raise funds to fly to Phuket.

I've just learned of the Thai website, http://www.csiphuket.com, which
has been set up to assist in the process of finding missing victims.
