I am not familiar with 'valiants' as a pharmaceutical term.

Could it be 'valents' or 'valence', as defined here?

"valence...

<immunology> The number of antigen binding sites an antibody has, or
the number of antigenic determinants an antigen has"

I believe the term you are asking about is "valines", in reference to
the multiple forms of the amino acid, valine (the plural is an
uncommon usage -- you're more likely to find the term "valine").

If you can confirm that this is the term you're interested in, I'll
see if I can provide a timely answer to your question.

Cheers for the new year...

I'm working on getting a clarification around what I thought was
"valiants". I will post another clarification a.s.a.p. Thanks for your
time and help--
