When the Windows 2k machine starts, it is giving the IExplore error
stating a 'WWW_GetWindowInfo file not found' error non stop. Many
IExplore processes are starting. How can I detect and delete the
program that is probably causing this error which I assume is a
function call in some DLL. The machine is functionally unusable
because of this. Any help will be appreciated.

Happy New Year !

It is look like you got some software install that is trying to get
informaton from Internet Explorer, but doesn't do that properly.

Please download and install Autoruns software from Sysinternals. It
will show you what is starting automatically, as well will allow you
to scroll through registry and fix possible issue (spyware and such):

http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/autoruns.shtml

Don't delete registry records without research. Also, it will be nice
if you will do backup of your configuration before making any changes.
Just in case.

All the best,
ilya.
