I have listed 2 quetions - a) Finding a way through the government
mire (31 Dec 04)and b) Wrongful dismissal (26 Dec 04) which stem from
the same issues.

It is suggested that I seek professional advice, or help from support
groups.    I accept the comments to these questions and am very
appreciative of the time and help given.    BUT I am not yet into
"giving-up" or "giving-in" !

A notion is that at the recent Hardie's asbestos case hearings and
because asbestos and lead poisoning and parasitic problems do have
similarities, it is possible that legal persons who attended the
hearing could be interested themselves in entering the field, or may
have similar experiences and/or cases.

Does anyone know of such people please and/or of legal professionals
who may be able to assist my case ?

Also someone may know of support groups who could also assist me and I
would welcome help in that direction as well, because these issues
have taken their toll, whether or not I like to admit it !
