88% of home buyers browse neighbourhoods in their cars looking for homes for sale.
94% found it important to have access to home details as they browse
from their vehicles.
Only 6% found it convenient to view houses during normal working hours.
80% of home buyers found that brochures were available only 50% of the time.
22% said they don?t carry a cell phone.
53% of home buyers avoided calling real estate agent for fear of
