I was using a generic digital camera given to me by someone to use in a pinch. I've been trying to get the pictures out of the camera with no success. Unfortunately I don't have the drivers or the manual. Also the camera has no manufacturer or model number (so I could download the drivers online). All that camera says is "Web Digital Camera" on the front and on the bottom "Digital Still Camera" just above the serial number of 20200985. The camera has a serial cable that connects it to the computer. The serial cable connects to the camera with a smaller version of an earphone plug. The plug socket on the camera that this cable plugs into is labeled serial. Next to that is another socket (one for a regular sized earphone type plug) labeled video. Is there someway to get the images out of the camera? Is there a generic driver or some method of connecting to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great one. |
