My guess is no one, anywhere, builds modular units to add as a second
story addition to a conventionally built house. While it is possible,
it would cost double most other solutions for the same amount of
space, in my opinion. Neil

That is not true. There are several manufacturers who offer modular
second story additions and they are a great way to do that type of
project. As a modular builder we have completed them successfully

That is correct. Simply, how does the 'second floor' module know where
it is going. What difference does it make to it whether it goes on the
first or second floor....? If anyone, such as Bill knows of a
'Builder' who would work in the Massachusetts area, I would appreciate
it if you would kindly forward their address and location. Thanks a
million. arthur of Holliston.....

Neil: Why in the world would not a company do this type of work....?
How does the unit know where it is going...? To the first or second
floor, and what difference, beyond a half-day rental of a small crane
would there be in cost and work..../? We shall "OVER-come" (NPI)
thanks for the comment, however, I appreciate your
interest...............asd
