Browsing through Cecile Beurdley's L'Amour Bleu (New York: Rizzoli,
1978), a fantastic book on gay/homoerotic art, I was transfixed by the
many reproductions of paintings by Elisŕr von Kupffer.  In particular,
I loved "The Blessed in a World of Radiance" on page 125, which,
unfortunately, is only reproduced in black and white.  According to
the caption, this painting was painted by von Kuppfer on the ceiling
of his residence, Sanctuarium Artis Elisarion, at Minusio, near
Locarno Swizerland.

My question is three-fold:

(a) Where could I find a color reproduction (either on the internet or
in a printed book) of this painting?

(b) Are there any printed books available for sale (in any language,
used or new), or web-based galleries, featuring von Kupffer's
homoerotic art?

(c) Are there any printed biographies/monographs available for sale
(in English translation only, used or new) regarding von Kupffer's
life and work?
