Question ID: 450284
I have a site running a PHP search engine script and MySQL DB. I am
mainly comparing http://www.mysql.com/products/cluster/faq.html to
http://www.oracle.com/database/rac_home.html. What type of hardware
set-up would be best to handle about 10,000 searches at the very same
time? I will be running the Solaris 10 operating system. I need to
know the best price / performance set-up. Please make comments if you
have any questions! Thanks!
