New York University (NYU), my alma mater, is a very open-minded
community.  You will likely find most major institutions in urban
areas of "Blue States" to be as well.  You may want to look at
anything in New York City, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco.  Avoid
Texas and the Deep South at all costs.  A researcher can likely
provide a comprehensive list, though you may want to bump up the
price.

It is sad that in the 21st Century this question would nned to be asked.
