This is probably one of the many random named files that are part of a
virus, trojan, spyware or another pestware.
To get a proper anser please do the following:
(Remember to disable System Restore if your operating system is Windows Me or XP)

First scan your computer to virus or trojans, I suggest to use an
online scan because the installed antivirus could be hijacked too:
"Trend Micro - Free online virus Scan":
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

GFI - Free online Trojan scanner", an online tool dedicated to detect
trojans in your computer:
http://www.trojanscan.com/

Then use Adaware to check if your PC is infected with other types of
pests. To download it:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html/

Then install and run it and let it fix anything that it found; for a
guide of how to do that visit the following page:
"Ad-aware Tutorial":
http://www.fluteloop.com/Adaware6.htm

After all the above tasks please download and run HijackThis and post the
log without fixing anything using the clarification feature. I will
indicate you which things must be fixed. To download the last version
of HijackThis:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

Here is a quick guide that will help you to use it and will show you
how to generate the log:

I will wait your feedback to give you a complete answer.

Regards.

Looks like a virus, spyware, adaware or something you have installed
that runs at startup.

Thanks for the feedback. I thought that is what it was (I think that I
found it with Spybot).

I will try these tools tonight.
