What is Province of Quebec provincial *government* Tsunami relief contribution?

Like private citizens in other countries, individual Canadians have
made contributions directly to Tsunami relief agencies such as the
Canadian Red Cross. Online contributions facilitate quick and easy
donations.

The Canadian federal government, like other national governments, have made
contributions directly to various NGOs for Tsunami relief.
Individual Canadian provincial goverments of varying "GDP" have made their
own contributions directly to the Canadian Red Cross.

I think BC was first, with CDN$8 million
Alberta and Ontario were next, with CDN$5 million each.

Given that the Province of Quebec has a population equal to BC and
Alberta *combined* what is the Quebec provincial *government* Tsunami
relief contribution?

Note: I realize that many government entities around the world have
revised their initial pledges upwards so it might be unfair if current
numbers are later revised.

grthumongous-ga rated this answer:5 out of 5 stars and gave an additional tip of: $5.00
So unless revised, it looks like Alberta gave 150 times more per
capita and BC almost 200 times more per capita than the distinct
province of Quebec.

Thank you Bobbie7
