It would help to have some idea of what you mean by "hot chicks."
Standards vary widely. By some folks' definitions, I might even
qualify.

What are your standards of hotness?

If, like me, you count intellectual ability among the foremost
indicators of hotness, then you must conclude that the more selective
schools have an edge over the weaker ones. When comparing schools
within the same tier, the number of hot chicks is a function of the
overall number of students. The trouble is that greater numbers of hot
chicks are usually attended by proportionally greater numbers of hot
guys who will be competing for the attentions of said chicks.

If you are insufficiently hot to attract hot chicks on a level playing
field, you might look into registering at a school with a
disproportionately high female enrollment. At the University of
Montreal, for example, where I earned my bachelor's degree, chicks
outnumber guys by a 3:2 ratio. If you wish to attend my alma mater,
you will first have to learn French, a fluent knowledge of which will
also serve you well in romancing English-speaking hot chicks.

A last point to consider is that no matter where you enroll, there is
bound to be at least one hot chick. Furthermore, if you are hot enough
to win the favor of any hot chick, you will be hot enough for that hot
chick. The question, now, is this: are you hot enough?

Are you seeking a Uni with its own Kentucky Fried Chicken?

Hi Stvnx,

I know what ya mean, even if no one else will admit it. When a hot
chick arrives, ya just know it. We all do. Some are warm, others are
hot. Sometimes a hot friend is all you need. Others have other
friends. Never ever restrict your thoughts to what lays before you.
Never dismiss a lady for whom she is. Multiply your opportunities
through your friendships with ladies. Even the chicks know this in the
reverse scenario. Our current days of political correctness have
quelled our frankness of describing our recognition of hotness. Then
again an attractive, approachable, genuine, easy-going, fun size 16
may be hotter than a slovenly, self-centred size 8.

If you want proportionate numbering, please visit the following:

http://goldennumber.net/face.htm

Print duplicate copies of the grid on cellulose in increasing
proportions and place it over any full frontal or square-on face
photograph. You might care to experiment with the PUBLICLY AVAILABLE
photo as below. I'm sure that you will agree that the subject is
indeed HOT. Her partner of course is sure to agree.

Hold on .. you referred to your girlfriend! What the hell ya doin' man?

To consider another slant on your asking .. 2 of the hottest chicks I
know are both confined to wheelchairs.

Mr. Phill

Thank you for your comment. Your link was very helpful. I had read
about that somewhere else as well.

Unfortunately, this still does not solve our problem on how to define
a "hot chick," although I think we all should have at least an idea of
what we are talking about here.

Also, I refuse to rate Pinkfreud-ga. I apologize if I have offended, I
did not realize I was speaking with an adult.

Oh, one more thing Mr. Phil.

I think you are confusing "hotness" with "beauty." Your friends may
indeed be beautiful, but that does not qualify as "hot."

I am well aware that someone can be "hot" and not be "beautiful," and
that someone can be "beautiful" and not be "hot."

These, at least to me, are two seperate things, and I don't think we
should go around confusing them or comparing one to the other. (This
question is already jumbled up as it is.)

I remember a friend of mine stated very confidently that Diablo Valley
College in Pleasant Hill California had the highest female to male
ratio thus, the most hot chicks.

If you have a current girlfriend - as indicated in your comment at
23:14 PST - why do you need to know where the hot chicks are?

First off, even if Diablo Valley College had the most favorable female
to male ratio, it still doesn't mean that they are "hot chicks." They
can all be ugly chicks.

The reason I ask even though I have a girlfriend is that it's just a
curiosity of mine. Also, I am going away to college, and her and I
will probably get seperated.

Stvnx,

Your own words:

"I'd say that the main attributes would have to be physical in nature,"

"The main physical features that I'd be looking for is
mammary size proportional to the body"

"Unfortunately, this still does not solve our problem on how to define
a "hot chick," although I think we all should have at least an idea of
what we are talking about here."

"I think you are confusing "hotness" with "beauty." Your friends may
indeed be beautiful, but that does not qualify as "hot."

"I am well aware that someone can be "hot" and not be "beautiful," and

" ..it still doesn't mean that they are "hot chicks." They

"The reason I ask even though I have a girlfriend is that it's just a
curiosity of mine. Also, I am going away to college, and her and I
will probably get seperated."

So, do I understand that your interpretation of "hot" does not equate
to beauty nor intelligence, yet "ugly" can't be hot because it is not
beauty?

I'm wondering who the confused one is? Chauvinism was killed off quite
some time ago through "hotness" of intelligence. Your value of hotness
appears to be commensurate with the dollar value of your question.

Commentors are here to help. Your needs of help might or might not be met here.

Phil

You sound a bit aggrevated. I haven't intentionally made any rude
comments to anyone in specific, but if I have offended anyone, I
apologize.

Yes, when we are talking "hot chick" I mean physical beauty. Now,
whatever you decide that means I can't really describe. To each his
own.

I do appreciate the comments.

Stvnx,

And I admire your response to my enquiry. Well done. After all, it is
your question not mine.

I don't know if there is such an "official" ranking. However, this is
a ranking of the colleges with the best/most parties, and it is well
known that hot chicks of the type you meant dig parties:
Princeton Review - Party Schools
<http://www.princetonreview.com/college/research/rankings/rankingDetails.asp?categoryID=4&topicID=26>

Another factor that might attract "chicks" is schools with lots of
Jocks (they date them, don't they, in all corny college movies):
Princeton Review - Jock Schools
<http://www.princetonreview.com/college/research/rankings/rankingDetails.asp?categoryID=5&topicID=37>?

Unfortunately, these folks in Princeton have not developed enough to
include your ranking, but I'm sure this could help.

Mr. politicalguru

Thank you. I think this is as close of an answer as I'm going to get.
The logic, at least, sounds resonable enough.

Thanks.
