I've been searching for manual button/badge machines and supplies,

I've found many sites which sell machines for making buttons 1" and
larger, but I want to make smaller buttons, ideally 3/4" or even 1/2".  I
see these types of buttons for sale (old political buttons), but
haven't figured out how to make them.  They are sometimes referred to
as "celluloid" buttons, and consist of a metal shell covered by a
printed picture and a celluloid or mylar film, crimped into place with
a collet.

Where can I purchase a manual button machine and supplies, in one or
more sizes in the range 1/2" - 3/4"?
