I need a large supply of these chips. They are bi-polar proms, 256 x 4. I need a target price of about $1.50 each, and I am looking for a quanity of over 1000. Another chip that would be fully compatible could also be used. National and Signetics both made the chips. | |

Hello - I have found one sourcw who has over 25,000 of the National brand 74S387 chips available in stock. They will sell 1,000 of them to you at $1.25 each. There are additional price breaks above 1,000. You'll want to ask for Dan, and reference "Google Answers" when calling.
