I don't have an answer to your question however I've been using Tongkat Ali for several months now with no ill effects and very satisfactory positive results. |

You have to realize that when you use these "herbal" medications, you are completely on your own. That is, YOU have to prove to yourself that the medications are effective above the placebo effect and the benefits outweigh the side effects. These herbal medications are not required to provide FDA any safety or therapeutic data and therefore, can claim just about anything. In general, if you see a medication that claim cure-for-all effect, you are probably dealing with a bogus drug. Be very careful, as I have seen people lose their kidney functions or liver functions after taking them. |
