I would like to get a listing of the salon chains within the U.S. hair
salon industry from largest to smallest (meaning two or more to
constitute a chain).  For example, "the hair salon industry in the
U.S. is comprised of 350,000 outlets (just an estimate).  Regis, the
largest chain, has X number of brands, each brand having Y number of
locations (list by brand).  The next biggest chain is SAMPLE.  They
have only one brand (example) with X number of locations primarily in
the REGION."  Ideally, this listing will provide the name of the
business (the "chain"), their contact information (location, phone,
web, e-mail if available) and must indicate the number of locations
they own.
