Question ID: 450968
I am interested in trying to determine the average length of time that
the FTC takes in resolving complaints AFTER the Administrative Law
Judge has issued an Initial Decision in the case? Statistical
information over the last 7-8 years would be most meaningful. This
time frame should include all appeals by both parties.

Resolution to the case could be affirmation of dismissal after appeal,
settlement of case with respondents after appeal, or appeal filed to
US Court system (I consider that to be the end of FTC involvement)
