Also, could you explain what you mean by "highest dividend paying
stocks"?  Do you mean "highest dividend" in terms of dollar amount per
share (regardless of the price of the stock)?

Or do you mean "highest dividend" in terms of percentage yield?

Keep in mind that dividend percentage yield will vary depending on the
purchase price of the stock. If a stock pays a $1 annual dividend, and
you buy the stock for $10, your yield is 10%. But if you pay $20, your
yield is 5%.   So, if you mean "percentage yield," on what do you want
to base the calculation?  The value of the stock 10 years ago?
