How do I find information on a particular person?

What kind of information are you hoping to find? Is the person a
public figure, or a private individual?

It would be very helpful to know what kind of information you're looking for.

If you are looking for personal information, and know their birthdate,
and full name etc...it might not hurt to use a resource like
publicdata.com.

It is pretty cost effective, although the information may be up to 6
months behind or so.  It will give you a general idea of that
individual...but most importantly may give you more detailed clues to
further your research.
