Hi mjpking,
Some more information I found on Shutterfly -
In the US, Jim Clark, founder of Netscape, has backed Shutterfly.com,
which is owned by internet investment giant CMGi; the sector's
second-largest firm, ememories.com, is supported by the likes of
Goldman Sachs, Disney and George Soros. Jim Barksdale, Netscape's
former chief executive, is an investor in ofoto.com, the third-largest
e-photo business.

Jim Clark co-founded Netscape.com with Marc Andreessen in 1994. Jim
Clark founded SGI.com (which does Hollywood special effects) and
Healtheon (which links doctors, pharmacies, insurers and patients via
the Internet and has evolved into WebMD.com/Medical Manager). Jim
Clark triggered the federal government's antitrust investigation of
Microsoft. Jim Clark founded Shutterfly.com (an online photo
processing and delivery service).

The privately held Shutterfly, based in Redwood Shores, CA, is backed
by Jim Clark, founder of Netscape and Silicon Graphics, who serves as
Shutterfly's chairman. Other investors include Adobe and several
venture capitalists.
