If you are using MSAccess from Office 95 and the default installation path is c:\Msoffice95\Access, In that case there is a possibility A folder name in the path for Microsoft Access is longer than 8 characters, for example, c:\Msoffice95\Access To resolve this, run the Microsoft Access Setup program (Setup.exe) to uninstall Microsoft Access. Then, run Setup again, and install Microsoft Access in a new folder with a name of 8 characters or fewer. |

Did you check your startup folder (Start>>All Programs>>Startup)? What programs are listed there? Now, check the programs listed in your registry that are run when Windows starts up. Here's how to check that. Run regedit.exe and check this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run If you cannot determine why this dll is being accessed then post screenshots of your startup files and registry files. That will be helpful for us to diagnose. |
